About Me

End User Talk
was founded on one basic principle. The goal, simply put, is to make technology accessible to everyone through information and education. As a long-time tech enthusiast and a professional in the industry, I noticed two things. First, the power of technology to connect people, to simplify our lives, and to build a new future is incredible. The second thing that I noticed was that while technological advancements can provide immense benefit, they can also be a source of confusion and stress.
I decided to use my knowledge and experience to help others to become more confident in how they interact with our digital world and to develop the technical skills needed to succeed. My education in Computer Information Systems and more than 20 years of experience in technical support and network engineering set the framework for what End User Talk would become. Our slogan is “Technology Made Simple” and that is what it’s all about. Technology exists in Gaming, Society, Culture and Entertainment. The End User Talk podcast, has the information you need to get the best out of the technology that surrounds you every day.
